Oldest wooden schoolhouse in the US - built sometime before 1716 (the year it first appeared on tax records).

St. Augustine Lighthouse - this is the 2nd lighthouse.  Construction began in 1871 and on October 15, 1874 the "new" lighthouse was lit for the first time.
